Specializing in fine art and photography, I have worked all over the New York Metropolitan Area for the past 10 years. With clients ranging from major hotels to head shots for up and coming models, my portfolio is filled with very diverse imagery.
I have created my own process for assuring quality images by being as proficient and creative in front of the computer as I am behind the camera.
Not only has my work been published in print form and online, but my images have also been utilized for ad campaigns and album covers, as well as fine art.

About Phantasmagoria:
After 10 years of working under the pseudonym Optimism Photography, Adam Ramirez has recently broken away from digital work to focus on more traditional media. Over the past year he has been experimenting with everything from aerosol to acrylics. His latest series is the culmination of this endeavor onto canvas.
Phantasmagoria combines the use of photography, comic-oriented line-work and a newfound passion for acrylics & brushstrokes. THrough the combination of color and movement, Ramirez creates a dramatic sense of emotion on each completed canvas.
The entire collection of larger works will debut Friday March 5th @ 32Jones Gallery.
